Returns and Refund Policy - the basics

  • Returns must be authorized before returning.

  • Personalized items are not eligible for return.

  • Invoice/Receipt must accompany return.

  • Returns must not be worn, altered, or laundered. They must be in new unused condition.

  • Please reach out to our customer service department for return authorization.

  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
